[ Challenge & Scope ]

Sable Estates needed a digital presence as considered as the residence itself: a single-property showcase capable of conveying the scale, material craft, and quiet luxury of a Montecito estate without collapsing into a generic real estate template.

[ Strategic Execution ]

Designed a minimalist, full-bleed gallery experience built entirely around large-format architectural photography, a mix-blend-difference navigation bar that stays legible over any image, and an editorial pairing of serif display type with restrained sans-serif body copy — letting the architecture carry the page instead of competing with it.

[ Key Engineering Breakthroughs ]

  • Image-First Architecture: Built the entire page around full-bleed photography with zero visual clutter, so every section reads like a page from an architecture monograph rather than a listing site.
  • Adaptive Contrast Navigation: A mix-blend-difference header stays legible in white or black text automatically regardless of what's behind it, so the nav never needs its own background.
  • Frictionless Inquiry Path: Collapsed the entire conversion funnel into a single concierge contact block, matching how ultra-high-end real estate actually closes — a phone call, not a lead form.
